a little more than a half sheet of heavy watercolor paper, cold press. I wasn't trying to do anything intellectual, just paint an image and light I liked while using the watercolor medium to my best advantage. So, as usual, some things turn out, some don't. That's kinda how watercolors are unless you are a control freak.
